Eric H. Gore President & Chief Executive Officer

Eric Gore formerly was Vice President of Worldwide Sales for Intrusion Inc. (NASDAQ: INTZ), a global IT security products company focused on network-based intrusion prevention and Regulated Information Compliance Systems. The company launched a number of innovative go-to-market strategies and sales campaigns under Mr. Gore’s leadership.   For example, as Intrusion’s SecureNet Intrusion Prevention System (IPS) approached Federal Government approval under the National Security Administration’s (NSA) Common Criteria certification process, Mr. Gore initiated a national sales campaign aimed at providing the company’s offerings to the US Department of Defense. Key among the company’s DoD customers are numerous US Army sites including Fort Hood, Fort Huachuca and many others. In particular, a $2.5 Million SecureNet project sold by Mr. Gore and his team to Fort Hood was recognized in 2005 for The Aberdeen Group’s “Best Security Practices” award for demonstrating security industry thought leadership and project execution. Some of the other Intrusion Inc. initiatives under Mr. Gore’s leadership included a new product introduction along with creation of a national channel sales organization aimed at the regulated information compliance and identity theft prevention markets, particularly in the financial services sector, for the company’s Compliance Commander System. Under Mr. Gore’s direction, the company implemented an innovative Identity Theft Assessment offering that was implemented at over 100 US financial institutions. Prior to his role as VP Worldwide Sales with Intrusion, Mr. Gore was Vice President of Strategic Business with ODS Networks, where he was employed from 1984 until the formation of Intrusion Inc., in 2001. Prior to ODS Networks in 1984, Mr. Gore was a Regional Product Marketing Manager for five years at Texas Instruments. Mr. Gore holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Management (BBA) from the University of North Texas and a Masters Degree in Finance (MBA) from Hardin-Simmons University.

Mike Metzger Chief Security Consultant

Prior to working with Pavisor, Mike has performed consulting in the areas of security, storage, networking, virtualization, VoIP, and web technologies.  His clients range from larger financial and technology firms to smaller businesses needing an information and technology strategy.  Mike also performed multiple due diligence reviews for clients considering technology acquisitions. Before consulting full time, Mike worked with Intrusion, Inc as a Senior Sales Engineer and helped develop their data security and IDS/IPS products.  He developed relationships with all the key technical contacts with Intrusion's customers and was often relied upon to follow up on customer issues to full resolution.  Mike was the primary internal contact for the US Army's use of Intrusion's IDS / IPS deployment and assisted with the actual implementation of the project. Mike has over 14 years experience in computer networking and security, software development and customer interaction with companies such as British Telecom / AT&T and Microsoft.  His is certified on many different technologies including CISSP, CCNP, RHCE, MCAD, and others.  Mike attended the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill studying Mathematics and Computer Science.
